        VINYASA YOGA ~ Vinyasa is a vigorous form of yoga, which uses the breath to flow from one posture to another creating heat in the body. This Mind, Body, and Soul workout helps to increase strength, flexibility, and endurance while reducing stress. Class includes both standing and seated postures. Time flies in this class, its over before you know it making it perfect for both beginner and advanced yogis. Vinyasa Yoga is geared to those seeking a faster, more physical flow.  Beginners always welcome.  A great workout!

        HATHA YOGA ~ Hatha is a 5,000-year-old holistic path of health and self-development that begins with the body as a tangible way to affect all aspects of our being. This class is a blended style of practices and techniques taken from several yoga disciplines, and includes asanas (physical postures) guided by proper breathing which will help to align, strengthen, stretch and relax the body as well as calm the mind. Through consistent practice this will begin to purify and balance the endocrine, nervous and circulatory systems. All students (beginner to advanced) are welcome and encouraged to work at their own pace.

        PRANAVAYU YOGA ~ a challenging sequence designed to achieve a greater range of motion using a unique skeletal alignment system and sequence methodology using kinesiological principles that swiftly open up once limited ranges of motion. Each class will end with a luscious 15 minutes of guided meditation. Music will be slower paced.


        ROCK YOUR ASANA YOGA ~ Rock Your Asana is a challenging, flowing Vinyasa Yoga class. Music often inspires us to move and sing and can provides us with an extra boost of energy. This class will tap into these feelings by using great
        music and beats to get your body energized and moving. We will focus on building strength and endurance through standing postures and vinyasas while exploring the limits of your body and increasing your range of motion. This class is 90 minutes.


        KRIPALU GENTLE YOGA CLASS ~ A great class for beginners or anyone interested in a slow, peaceful practice. The goal of Kripalu Yoga is to cultivate an internal meditative experience while stretching and energizing the body. This class includes basic breathing exercises as well as a variety of standing, sitting, and supine postures, ending with deep relaxation. Kripalu Yoga will help you relax your mind, strengthen your body, and recharge your chakras. 

        PILATES ~ A mat-based Pilates class focused on developing your core strength and balance. Come tone up and stretch out at this challenging and energizing class with Sharon! 

        CAPOEIRA ~ Capoeira is a Brazilian art form that combines elements of martial arts, sports, and music
        . You will have fun and sweat up a storm in this class! Step out of your comfort zone and join us on Sunday afternoons for Capoeira with Daniel.

        ZUMBA ~ Zumba is a Latin inspired dance fitness class. This is your chance to feel the music and let loose! You don't even have to know how to dance - just move your body to the beats and follow Emily's (our instructor) lead. It's easy! Every class feels like a party and we guarantee you will have a blast! Come join us on Tuesday evenings for Zumba!

        FOR ALL CLASSES: Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in, such as–sweat pants or shorts and a fitted shirt
